Cloud DX has announced the renewal of its Master Deployment Agreements with two Ontario Community Paramedic Services, marking continued confidence in the company's remote patient monitoring technology. The agreements include a 12-month contract with an Ontario County Paramedic Service and a 24-month agreement with the Guelph Wellington - City of Guelph Paramedic Service, demonstrating sustained partnership between Cloud DX and these healthcare providers.
In Ontario, Community Paramedic Services utilize Cloud DX's Connected Health Remote Patient Monitoring services to provide daily monitoring of vital signs, physical symptoms, and chronic conditions to senior patients. Through the Cloud DX mobile app available at https://clouddx.com, patients can maintain regular communication with paramedics, enabling close supervision while empowering individuals to actively participate in managing their own healthcare needs.
The Community Paramedicine for Long-Term Care program represents a particularly significant initiative, fully funded by the Ontario provincial government to deliver additional care services to seniors before they require admission into long-term care facilities. The recent announcement of an additional $174 million CAD in funding to expand the CPLTC program beginning in 2024 highlights both the importance and growth potential of this healthcare approach, creating substantial opportunities for remote monitoring technologies.
Cloud DX CEO Robert Kaul emphasized that contract renewals serve as a crucial sales metric for the company, indicating its ability to maintain service quality and client satisfaction over time. The company has successfully renewed and extended Master Service Agreements with Community Paramedic Services across 10 Ontario counties, further establishing Cloud DX as a reliable partner in the evolving healthcare landscape where remote patient monitoring continues to gain prominence.
